We'll thank you in advance for taking part in what has been called the War and Peace of bio sheets. Grab your hairbrush or your microphone, and prepare for your first almost-real interview with NPR or Good Morning America. Sit up straight, feet on the ground, with your favorite drink at the ready. Let your brilliance shine through your responses!

1. Answer thoroughly and succinctly.
2. Each represented work needs a bio sheet of its own.
3. Expect a confirmation notice after hitting "send."

The bio sheet for your project should be completed on the AKA Client Bio page, and your final manuscript should be uploaded in this space. You're welcome to complete these tasks in any order, but please understand that we will not set a reading date until we receive both pieces of information.
Notes Regarding Proper Submission
- Your manuscript, or sample pages, should be formatted in 12-point Times New Roman for readability.
- Your manuscript should be double-spaced.
Please take a look at the forms that are accepted or digital documents.
File extensions:

Other: .ppt, .pptx
PDF is not accepted.
